PRIZES AND AWARDS

To motivate the students/ trainees and to recognize their hard work, the College offers the following prize and awards:

Proficiency Prize

Each of the students who scores a minimum average of 65% marks in every academic year is awarde a cash prize as decided by the college authority.

Robuanga Award for Best Outgoing Student

Awarded to the student whose overall performance during the whole course is considered to be the best. The awardee is selected by the College faculty in view of the student's character and performance in academic and co-curricular activities.

Lalbiakchhungi Award for Academic Excellence

 Awarded to the student who scores the highest aggregate marks in the whole course of study.

R. Dala Award for Biblical Studies

Awarded to the students who secure the highest aggregate marks in four biblical subjects of the course.

Rohmingthangi Award for Theology

Awarded to the students who secure the highest aggregate marks in two theology subjects of the course.

Tirhkoh Chhingtei Award for Mission and Evangelism

Awarded to the students who secure the highest aggregate marks in five subjects concerning mission and evangelism in the whole course of study.

M. Suaka Award for Religion and Cultural Studies

Awarded to the students who secure the highest aggregate marks in four subjects concerning religion and cultural studies in the whole course.

Tirhkoh Thangzawna Award for Christian Ministry

Awarded to the students who secure the highest aggregate marks in four Christian ministry subjects in the whole course.

Rev. Dr.Lalsawma Award for Language Studies

Awarded to the students who secure the highest aggregate marks in all language subjects of the course.

Best Trainee Award

Awarded to the Short Course Missionary trainee who is considered to be the best in overall performance during the course. The awardee is selected by the College faculty in view of the trainee's character and performance in academic and other activities.

Hostel Awards

Best Female Hosteller Award and Best Male Hosteller Award are given to the students in view of their conduct, discipline and contribution in the hostel. The winners of the awards are determined by two distinct decisions, 80% of which is the students' votes and 20%, of which is the decision of the panel of judges (composing the Principal, Warden and Asst. Warden).
